We've just got the first details about the storyline for South Park Episode 1103 called "Lice Capades":

An infestation of head lice plagues South Park Elementary. When Garrison refuses to name names, Cartman finds a way to detect who has lice so they can make fun of the unfortunate kid.

This epiosde, the third to air in Season 11, will air this Wednesday 21st March at 10PM (US time), as always on Comedy Central. Once again the ETA will give you a clue as to what time this is in your time zone.
