It's Stan's grandfather's 102nd birthday and all he wants to be is dead and he tries to trick the boys into killing him. Kyle's mother is outraged when she finds him watching a program filled with toilet humor called Terrance and Phillip and Kenny is suffering from explosive diarrhea. The boys are accused of trying to kill Stan's grandfather. When they mention they were watching Terrance and Phillip at the time, Mrs. Broflovski and the parents of South Park travel to New York City to fight the network that airs the program and their own cases of diarrhea. |

| Trivia |
- Not only does Kenny die in this episode, but his father dies too.
Mr. McCormick is the first protester to be launched into the TV network
building.
- Terrance and Phillip came about when Matt Stone and Trey Parker kept getting complaints
about South Park only being about fart jokes.
- Cartman's original line when his mom tells him
about Kyle's mom banning Terrence and Phillip was "Kyle's mom is a
dirty Jew!". On Comedy Central, the last two words were bleeped out.
On the video and DVD release, however, only "dirty" was bleeped.
- Both Stan and Kyle's mothers are referred to as "Carol" in this episode. Eventually they are given the names Sharon and Sheila. Cartman's mom calls Kyle's mom "Carol" in one scene, who in turn calls Stan's mom "Carol" in a following scene.
- This episode pokes fun at the way some parents reacted when South Park first aired. The television network depicted, "Cartoon Central," is an obvious parody of Comedy Central, and Terrance and Phillip are a parody of South Park. This episode, according to Trey Parker, was the model for the film South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut.
