When Mr. Garrison decides to do a little "self
improvement" at Tom's Rhinoplasty, a substitute teacher Ms. Ellen (voice
of "Species" star Natasha Henstridge) takes over the class and immediately
wins the affections of the entire school, including Chef. With Valentine's
Day right around the corner, poor Wendy must cope with Stan's new crush
and decides to take action against the hot Ms. Ellen. Meanwhile, Mr.
Garrison's surgery goes better than expected resulting in a eerie resemblance
to a "Baywatch" star that's a big music sensation in Germany, causing
a major reaction among the women of South Park. |

| Trivia |
- Stan puked 19 times (including the flashback scenes) in this episode.
- In the opening credits, Natasha Henstridge is billed as "The Chick
From Species".
- The line "we just got a call in the office: your grandma just died" is
from Ferris Bueller's Day Off, when Ferris gets his girlfriend
Simone out of school.
- Mr. Garrison vomits when the movie Contact is mentioned. This is the first of numerous occasions that South Park has referenced Contact. According to the commentary for this episode, this was removed from the initial DVD pressing because Trey Parker and Matt Stone express just how much they hate it (stating that after that movie was made, everything Jodie Foster and Robert Zemeckis made was automatically awful and not worth seeing).
- The song that plays in the background whenever Mr. Garrison is seen after his rhinoplasty is "Shadow Dancing" by Andy Gibb.
- Cartman says that his mother told him that to become a lesbian one has to lick carpet. Carpet muncher is a slang for lesbian. In a later scene Cartman can be seen eating an old cardboard box on the advice of his mother. Box is a slang term for vagina.
