| Trivia |
- When Wendy finishes fighting Cartman, she collapses on the ground with her legs spread and says, "I'm finished," a reference to Daniel Day-Lewis' final line in There Will Be Blood.
- Cartman and Wendy's fight is also very reminiscent of the last fight in the movie Snatch, including a very similar-sounding soundtrack, characteristic single-punch knockout blows, and the 'freeze-frame' and 'slow motion' as the last blow is dealt.
- Many details leading up to the fight including Wendy's intimidation of Cartman, the focus on the clock, and Cartman's efforts to avoid the fight are references to the movie Three O'Clock High.
- During lunch when Wendy is staring him down, Cartman can be seen drinking Dr. Pep-er, a play on the popular soft drink, Dr. Pepper.
- "Breast Cancer Show Ever" aired in October, which is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
- A remix of "Fucking in the Bushes" by Oasis is the song used during the fight.
