As more and more
chickens are violated, the pressure to catch the "Chickenlover" builds
causing an emotional outburst from Officer Barbrady whom admits he
can't read. Suspended from the force and sent back to school, Barbrady
deputizes the gang so they can help him catch the "Chickenlover." While
Stan, Kyle, and Kenny help Barbrady decipher clues on the Magical
Bookmobile, Cartman takes to the streets as the resident law enforcer

Trivia
|
- When Officer Barbrady goes back to school, on the alphabet chart
behind Mr. Garrison, the letters are arranged to spell "Dios Mio Mataron
a Kenny, bastardo", Spanish for "Oh my God they killed Kenny, you bastard."
- Before Officer Barbrady learns how to read, letters get mixed up
and confuse him. In one scene, the STOP sign changes into "Mung Chung
Ee", which is Korean for "stupid".
- The poster on back of the classroom is from Trey Parker's animated
short "American History"
