Trivia

  • Among the many references to the 1988 Anime film, "Akira":
    • Similar music used.
    • Cartman grows into a huge bio-mechanical blob that crushes everything in its path, much like Tetsuo.
    • Rosie O'Donnell gets crushed in a similar manner to Tetsuo's girlfriend Kaori.
    • Kyle gets enveloped by the big blob creature, just like Kaneda.
  • The "Bill Cosby" character is similar to the character of Kyle Reese from the 1984 film, "The Terminator."
  • There are two different versions of this episode. One version has "Bill Cosby," screaming in pain as he fades away from existence as a result of destroying the trapper keeper. The other version has him saying, "It worked! I no longer exist!," as he fades away.
