| Trivia |
- Chief Runs With Premise: Back at the casino, the owners hatch a new plan to give the South Park residents blankets that are contaminated with SARS. Lord Jeffrey Amherst gave blankets infected with smallpox to native American tribes. The natives had no immunity to the European infectious diseases. This caused an epidemic that decimated native tribes up and down the Eastern seaboard and as far West as the Great Lakes. The native Americans in this episode are just doing the same to the town of South Park that which was done to them hundreds of years before.
- Chief Runswithpremise: "Tomorrow we begin the final stage of our plan: shock and awe." - "Shock and Awe" was a term often used to describe the US's war plan in Iraq.
- SARS = Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome, an atypical form of pneumonia which caused an epidemic, primarily in the Far East, in early 2003, killing approximately 800 people worldwide.
