The boys fear for their lives when a friend once scorned seeks revenge. For five long years, Stan, Kyle, Kenny, Cartman and Butters have kept a secret about an illegal incident that happened back in pre-school. Now, the kid who took the fall for the group, Trent Boyett, is getting out of "juvie" and his first order of business is justice for his betrayers. When Butters ends up in the hospital after his run-in with Trent, the boys decide to hire some sixth graders to watch their backs. |

| Trivia |
- While making Cartman's ass into a hot rack, Kyle refers to the book he's holding, which
is infamous photo book entitled "SEX," released in 1992 (now out of print).
- The prank scene is likely a reference to a slasher horror film from the 1981 film called The Burning, where a janitor at a summer camp is horrifically burned in a prank that goes wrong.
- The skull tattoo on Trent's upper arm is similar to the one in the 2004 film The Punisher, which was based on the comic book of the same name.
- The store "Propane and Propane Accessories" is an obvious reference to the animated series King of the Hill, in which Hank Hill sells "propane and propane accessories" for a living.
- The character of Trent Boyett is most likely based on Robert DeNiro's character in the 1991 film Cape Fear, in which DeNiro's character, Max Cady, is released from prison and aims for vengeance against the lawyer (played by Nick Nolte) who wrongfully sent him to prison.
- Butters as a younger boy carries around a blanket - a reference to Linus from "Peanuts", who is well known for carrying around a similar "comfort" blanket.
- Miss Claridge's electric wheelchair and communication method is similar to the one used by former Enterprise Captain Christopher Pike in the classic Star Trek two part episode "The Menagerie."
